The D-Link DTM-570-GS supports advanced rail connectivity by linking onboard RS-232 and Ethernet devices to the internet over a high-speed 5G network, enabling real-time access to systems such as onboard surveillance and digital signage. It also supports timely station-arrival updates on onboard displays, contributing to a more informed passenger experience. Remote Management with D-ECS
D-ECS lets you monitor entire rail fleets from a single dashboard. The AWS-hosted platform shows vehicle locations on Google Maps in real time, tracks signal quality and data usage per gateway, and supports scheduled firmware upgrades during depot maintenance windows.
Installation & Notes
The rugged M12 connectors for Ethernet, antennas and power are designed for installation in high-vibration rail vehicles. According to the catalog's accessory table, cellular and Wi-Fi antennas plus the Ethernet cable are available as optional accessories for this model; no power adapter is required, as the gateway is powered from the vehicle's electrical system or via PoE.
