Technical Overview

The DIS-100E-5W operates as a Layer 2 unmanaged switch with store-and-forward, wire-speed, non-blocking switching. A 1K-entry MAC address table plus IEEE 802.3x flow control in full duplex and back-pressure flow control in half duplex keep traffic stable even under load. An MTBF above 25 years, IP30 ingress protection, and UL 60950-1, CE, FCC, and CSA C22 approvals reflect a design built for long-term industrial service. Power draw is just 0.95 W standby and 1.56 W maximum. Matching external power supplies such as the DIS-H30-24 or DIS-N240-48 are available as accessories.

Mounting & Delivery

The DIS-100E-5W supports both DIN rail and wall mounting, measuring a compact 109.2 x 29.1 x 89.4 mm and weighing just 320 g. As a space-saving DIN rail switch, it installs flexibly inside cabinets or directly on a wall in the field. Because it needs no setup or firmware to manage, it is ready to carry traffic the moment power is applied.
