This high-density polyethylene (HDPE) composite features two smooth-walled inner ducts (14mm and 10mm diameters) with a ribbed interior surface that reduces friction during fiber optic cable installation. The UV-resistant outer jacket allows for direct burial without additional protective conduits, while the composite structure maintains flexibility with a minimum bending radius of 296mm at 20°C. With a maximum recommended pulling force of 1900N, this 2000m spool solution is ideal for FTTX applications, supporting both mini and micro cable blowing. The microducts meet EN 60974-1-2 standards and maintain performance across temperatures from -40°C to +55°C, backed by a 3-year UV resistance rating for Central European climates.
