The LIGHTWIN MULTI 7X14/10 BK 1000 is a direct-burial microduct bundle engineered for FTTX telecommunications infrastructure. This robust solution combines seven microducts (14/10mm) in a single HDPE jacket, enabling simultaneous installation of multiple fiber optic cables while protecting them from environmental stress. The microducts feature a ribbed interior with a permanent low-friction coating that facilitates easy blowing of micro and mini cables over long distances. With a substantial 2.0mm wall thickness and UV resistance for up to three years in central European climates, this system is built for durability in direct burial applications without requiring additional protective conduits. The bundle maintains flexibility with a minimum bending radius of 1000mm at 20°C and can withstand pulling forces up to 6650N. Certified to EN ISO 527 and EN 60 974-1-2 standards, it operates reliably in temperatures from -40°C to +55°C. Each 1000m spool comes ready for deployment in telecommunications networks, weighing approximately 815kg including the reel.
