MikroTiK GPER Gigabit Passive Ethernet Repeater

The MikroTik GPeR (Gigabit Passive Ethernet Repeater) revolutionizes network extension as part of our GPEN concept, offering a cost-effective alternative to GPON installations. This compact unit enables Ethernet cable extension by an additional hop—up to 150m to standard devices or 210m between GPeR units—with total reach up to 1.5km. Ideal for high-rise and multi-apartment buildings where long cable runs pose challenges, the GPeR features two Gigabit Ethernet ports and supports 802.3af/at PoE input (24-57V) with jumper-selectable passive PoE passthrough. With a modest 2W power consumption and operating range of -40 to 70°C, it's built for demanding environments. The solution supports extended PoE deployments up to 3km when both link ends have power sources, making it perfect for distributed network architectures.
