Performance & Coverage

The Mobility 82G’s 8 cellular elements support advanced MIMO and carrier aggregation, while the 2 Wi-Fi elements ensure robust dual-band connectivity. With a frequency range spanning 600 MHz to 6000 MHz, the antenna covers all sub-6 GHz 5G and LTE bands, as well as 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Peak gain values reach 5.4 dBi (617–960 MHz), 7.5 dBi (1400–2700 MHz), 8.1 dBi (3400–4200 MHz), and 8.7 dBi (5000–6000 MHz), delivering exceptional signal amplification. A VSWR of less than 2.0 over 95% of the band ensures minimal reflection and efficient power transfer, while the 50 Ω input impedance and 10 W feed power handling maintain signal integrity under high-power conditions.

Rugged Design & Environmental Protection

Built for permanent outdoor installation, the antenna carries an IP67 rating, meaning it is completely dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water. The radome is constructed from UV-stable polycarbonate, and all cable jackets are half-matt PVC with UV resistance meeting UL 746C (F1) for long-term outdoor exposure. The enclosure meets UL 94 HB flammability standards, and the cables comply with UL 758 (VW-1). Salt-spray resistance is validated to MIL-STD 810F, and the antenna can survive wind speeds up to 137 mph (220 km/h). Operating and storage temperatures range from -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C), ensuring reliable performance in extreme climates.

Installation & Mounting

The antenna ships with 6.5 ft (2 m) RF cables. Cellular and GPS connections use low-loss CFD-200 cable terminated with SMA male (or QMA male on select models), while Wi-Fi connections use RP-SMA male. GPS signals are carried over RG-174 cable. The compact radome measures 16.83 in. (427.4 mm) in diameter and 2.46 in. (62.5 mm) in height, excluding the mounting spigot. A 1.7 in. (43 mm) mounting hole accommodates panel thicknesses up to 6.7 in. (170 mm). For surface mounting, a double-sided 3M adhesive pad (15.2 in. / 386 mm diameter, 0.08 in. / 2 mm thick) is included; magnetic mount options are also available.
