High-Performance Antenna Technology
The Mobility 82G features eight dedicated LTE/5G elements with peak gain of 5.4 dBi (617–960 MHz), 7.5 dBi (1400–2700 MHz), 8.1 dBi (3400–4200 MHz), and 8.7 dBi (5000–6000 MHz). VSWR remains below 2.0 across 95% of the band, input impedance is 50 Ω, and power handling is 10 W with linear polarization. The two Wi-Fi elements deliver 6.0 dBi (2400–2500 MHz) and 7.4 dBi (5000–6000 MHz) with VSWR < 2.0. The integrated GPS element achieves 1.2 dBiC at 1575 MHz and 2.0 dBiC at 1602 MHz with VSWR < 1.6 and an LNA gain of 29 ± 3 dB.
Rugged Design for Outdoor Use
The UV-stable PC housing meets IP67 standards, ensuring dust-tight protection and resistance to temporary immersion. The antenna operates reliably in temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C and withstands wind speeds up to 220 km/h. Salt spray resistance per MIL-STD 810F, UV resistance per UL 746C (F1), and flame retardancy for the housing (UL 94 HB) and cables (UL 758 VW-1) guarantee long-term durability even in extreme conditions.
Flexible Mounting and Installation
The Mobility 82G supports panel mounting with a 43 mm cutout diameter and a maximum panel thickness of 170 mm. Optional brackets ACW-667 (surface mount) and ACW-668 (magnetic mount) are available for alternative installations. The 2 m CFD-200 cable for LTE/5G and Wi-Fi, along with the RG-174 cable for GPS, are terminated with SMA connectors (cellular, GPS) and RP-SMA connectors (Wi-Fi), featuring a semi-matte, UV-resistant PVC jacket.
Precision GPS Reception
The GPS element covers the 1575–1602 MHz frequency range and is supported by an integrated LNA with 29 ± 3 dB gain. Operating voltage is 3.3 V with a current draw of 6 ±2 mA. Output return loss is a maximum of -10 dB, ensuring stable positioning for fleet management and mobile applications.
