Description

The PLANET 10/100TX to 100Base-FX (SC) Single Mode Bridge Fiber media converter extends your copper network over fiber optic cable, ideal for connecting remote network segments or eliminating ground loops. This compact converter supports 10/100Mbps speeds on the twisted-pair port and 100Mbps on the fiber port, with auto-negotiation for duplex mode on the copper side and DIP-switch selectable full or half-duplex on the fiber port. Built for reliability in harsh environments, it features Link-Fault Passthrough (LFP) functionality and is compatible with PLANET's 10-inch and 19-inch media converter chassis. The unit carries CE and FCC certifications, ensuring compliance with international standards for electromagnetic compatibility and safety.
