Description

The PLANET WGS-5225-8MT Industrial L2+ Managed Switch delivers robust networking for mission-critical industrial applications with eight 10/100/1000BASE-T M12 ports in a compact wall-mount design. Engineered for extreme environments, it features IP40-rated protection, redundant 9-48V DC power inputs, and operates reliably in temperatures from -40° to 75°C. The switch ensures continuous operation with bypass relay ports that maintain data flow during power failures and offers 6000V DC Ethernet ESD protection. Supporting IPv6/IPv4 dual stack management and Layer 2+ features including IEEE 1588v2 PTP and Modbus TCP for SCADA integration, it's ideal for railway, manufacturing, and industrial automation applications requiring stable connectivity under harsh conditions.
