The Teltonika TSW110 is an unmanaged industrial 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for demanding IoT and M2M environments. Performance and Throughput

The TSW110 provides five 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports with Auto MDI/MDIX crossover support, enabling hassle-free cabling without crossover cables. Its non-blocking switching architecture delivers a full 10 Gbps bandwidth, allowing all ports to operate simultaneously at maximum speed. Jumbo frames up to 9216 bytes are forwarded transparently, boosting efficiency in data-intensive applications. The MAC address table supports 2K entries, and the packet buffer is 128 KB. Compliant with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, and 802.3az standards, the switch ensures interoperability and energy efficiency during operation.

Robust Design and Operating Environment

The full-aluminum housing reliably protects the electronics, making the switch ideal for demanding industrial environments. It operates in temperatures from -40 °C to 75 °C and at relative humidity levels of 10 % to 90 % (non-condensing). With compact dimensions of 100 x 30 x 85 mm and a weight of just 227 g, it offers flexible mounting options: DIN rail, wall (additional mounting kit required), or flat surface. A grounding screw and status LEDs for power and each LAN port (link/activity) complete the industrial-grade design.

Power Supply and Energy Efficiency

The TSW110 accepts an input voltage of 9 to 30 VDC and features reverse polarity protection as well as overvoltage/transient protection. Power consumption is under 0.4 W in idle mode and under 1.8 W at full load. Via the passive PoE mechanism, the switch can be powered through a LAN port—though it is not compatible with IEEE802.3af, 802.3at, or 802.3bt. Connection is made via a 4-pin industrial DC jack.
