Connectivity & Performance

The TRB140 supports 4G/LTE Cat 4, 3G, and 2G, providing multi-generation cellular connectivity. Its Gigabit Ethernet port enables high-bandwidth wired connections. The gateway implements industrial protocols DNP3 and Modbus for use in automation and control environments.

Security & Management

The gateway runs on RUT OS, a user-friendly, secure, and feature-rich OpenWRT-based operating system. Software security features include SMS control, firewall, OpenVPN, IPsec, and FOTA support. The Linux environment allows a high degree of customisation for project-specific requirements. Compatibility with the Teltonika Networks Remote Management System (RMS) enables remote device management.

The TRB140 is an ultra-compact and lightweight gateway in a rugged aluminium housing. It features digital inputs and outputs as well as a Micro-USB port. The gateway supports a power supply range of 9 to 30 V, making it suitable for applications with varying power sources. Its compact design allows deployment in projects where space is limited.
