The Ubiquiti AI Theta Pro is a 360° AI ceiling camera system with a split lens and hub, providing discreet 4K panoramic coverage of large spaces while delivering built-in AI detection for people, vehicles, faces, and license plates. The included Pro flush-mount kit enables the lens to be installed flush with the ceiling or wall without requiring access to the back. In addition to the included flush-mount kit, wall and ceiling mounts, as well as an optional angle mount, are supported. The hub housing is made of aluminum alloy, while the lens combines aluminum alloy and polycarbonate. AI Detection and Smart Detections The system features advanced AI capabilities that detect people, vehicles, and animals, as well as support facial recognition and license plate recognition. These smart detections run directly on the device’s Quad-Core Arm® Cortex®-A53-based processor. AI-powered detection enables targeted monitoring of high-traffic areas without manual review. Video and Optics The Pro 360 lens uses an 8MP 1/1.8" CMOS sensor with a fixed focal length, delivering 4K resolution at 4MP 2160 x 2160 pixels in a square 1:1 format. With a 180° field of view in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions, the lens captures a full 360° panoramic view. The maximum frame rate is 24 FPS. Image settings include color, brightness, sharpness, contrast, white balance, exposure control, 2DNR, 3DNR, motion noise reduction, masking, and text overlay. The system provides exceptional image quality with strong low-light performance and extended dynamic range. Power and Networking The hub is powered via PoE and supports a voltage range of 37 to 57 V DC with a maximum power consumption of 12.5 W. The network interface consists of a GbE RJ45 port. The lens connects to the hub via the included cable, simplifying wiring and allowing flexible component placement. What’s in the Box The kit includes an AI Theta Hub, a Pro 360 lens, a standard flush-mount kit, and a Pro flush-mount kit, covering both conventional and flush-mount installations out of the box.
