Reliable UPS for WISP Sites

The EP-54V-72W ensures power supply continuity at remote WISP sites. In the event of an AC power failure, the optional 12V lead-acid battery seamlessly takes over, allowing connected devices to continue operating without interruption. Automatic alerts via UNMS notify the operations team in real time about power supply status, enabling rapid response.

Flexible PoE Power Supply

The device provides two passive 54V PoE outputs that directly power compatible EdgeMAX components—eliminating the need for additional power supplies or injectors. The 54V output voltage is optimally tailored to the demands of high-performance WISP infrastructure, reducing on-site cabling requirements.

Management and Monitoring

The EP-54V-72W can be centrally managed and monitored via the Ubiquiti Network Management System (UNMS). For local configuration, a full-featured web UI is available, which includes a ping watchdog for automatic connection recovery in case of network issues. This gives administrators full control over the power supply—whether remotely or on-site.
