Construction and Design
The cable uses stranded copper conductors in a UTP design with two RJ45 connectors, each featuring individual shielding and transparent boots. The jacket is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with braiding, achieving a jacket diameter of 3 mm for lengths from 0.15 to 8 m and 3.3 mm for the 12 and 15 m variants. The minimum bend radius is 24 mm for lengths up to 8 m and 27 mm for the 12 and 15 m variants.
Conductor wire gauge varies by cable length: 34 AWG for 0.15 to 8 m and 32 AWG for 12 to 15 m. The cable complies with TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards, as well as the UL1581 VW-1 flame retardancy classification.
Applications and Packaging Options
This patch cable is designed for indoor use with an ambient operating temperature range of -20 to 60 °C. Storage temperature ranges from -20 to 75 °C, and installation temperature from -20 to 60 °C.
The cable is available in white and offered as a single unit in all lengths from 0.15 to 15 m. For shorter lengths, additional 10-pack, 24-pack, and 50-pack options are available: the 10-pack includes lengths from 0.15 to 3 m, the 24-pack lengths from 0.15 to 2 m, and the 50-pack lengths of 0.15 and 0.3 m.
