Design & Cable Construction

The cable uses a UTP construction with stranded copper conductors. The jacket is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with braiding and has an outer diameter of 3 mm for lengths from 0.15 to 8 m, and 3.3 mm for the 12 and 15 m variants. The conductor wire gauge is 34 AWG for lengths from 0.15 to 8 m and 32 AWG for 12 to 15 m. The minimum bend radius is 24 mm for lengths up to 8 m and 27 mm for the longer variants. Both ends are fitted with RJ45 connectors featuring transparent boots and shielding.

Usage & Standards

The cable is designed for indoor use and operates in ambient temperatures from -20 to 60°C. The installation temperature range is also -20 to 60°C, while the storage temperature range is -20 to 75°C. The cable complies with TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards and meets the VW-1 flame retardancy classification under UL1581. It is available as a single unit in lengths from 0.15 to 15 m, as well as in 10-packs for lengths up to 3 m, 24-packs up to 2 m, and 50-packs for 0.15 and 0.3 m.
