Construction and Materials

The cable features a TPE jacket with a 6.3 mm outer diameter, engineered for weather resistance in professional outdoor applications. Inside, stranded copper conductors with 24 AWG are arranged in an S/FTP cable structure. The S/FTP shielding combines an overall shield with individual pair foil shielding, improving noise immunity in electrically noisy environments. The minimum bend radius of 50.4 mm allows flexible installation in tight spaces.

This patch cable is designed for Ethernet connections in outdoor and demanding installation environments. It is ideal for outdoor cameras, access points, weatherproof network components, equipment enclosures, and building cabling where a robust RJ45 connection with PoE support is required. The VW-1 flame resistance rating per UL1581 ensures an additional safety requirement for the cable jacket’s fire performance. UV resistance certified to ASTM G 151/154 confirms suitability for long-term sun-exposed installations.
