It supports up to 1,000 VLANs and a MAC address table with 32,000 entries. An 8 MB packet buffer absorbs traffic spikes, while 512 IPv4 static routes enable flexible Layer 3 routing in local networks. PoE & Power Supply All 24 RJ45 ports provide PoE+++ with up to 90 W per port. The total PoE budget is 720 W. The internal AC/DC power supply (870 W) accepts 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. Maximum power consumption is 150 W without PoE output and 870 W including PoE output. A DC power input offers redundancy when a UniFi RPS is connected. Management & Features The device is managed via the UniFi Network application (version 9.1.120 or later). It supports LACP port aggregation, STP and RSTP, QoS with DSCP, and jumbo frames. Pro AV profiles cover Dante, Q-SYS, NDI, SDVoE, Shure, AES67, and Crestron. Additional features include IGMP snooping with advanced configuration (querier, fast leave, router port), LLDP-MED, voice VLAN, loop protection, and virtual network override. A local DHCP server, DHCP relay, inter-VLAN routing, and static routing are available for local networks. Security & Compliance The switch implements 802.1X port-based access control as well as MAC-based and IP-based access lists (256 entries each). Device isolation, port isolation, MAC address blocking, and MAC-based port restriction control access at the port level. DHCP snooping & guarding, egress rate limiting, flow control, storm control, and multicast/broadcast rate limiting regulate traffic. Port mirroring is also supported. The device is NDAA-compliant. Design & Installation The 1U rackmount chassis, made of SGCC steel, measures 442 × 480 × 44 mm. It fits 482.6 mm (19-inch) four-post racks with post depths of 600 to 1,066 mm.
