Dynamic DNS services are natively supported, and each WAN port can be converted into a LAN port as needed—for maximum deployment flexibility.

The svl-708 unlocks eight advanced outbound policy algorithms: Weighted Balance, Priority, Overflow, Persistence, Least Used, Lowest Latency, Enforced, and Fastest Response Time. The license includes a full VPN solution. SpeedFusion VPN bundles multiple connections into a single logical tunnel with 256-bit AES encryption and pre-shared key authentication. Additionally, IPsec (Network-to-Network) and Remote User Access via PPTP, L2TP, and OpenVPN are available. Dynamic routing and X.509 certificate support round out the enterprise-grade connectivity. The svl-708 integrates an AP Controller for the Peplink AP series, which automatically discovers access points, distributes firmware, and configures profiles—including Wi-Fi usage statistics. The integrated GPS module provides location data that can be visualized in InControl 2 for Map Location Tracking and Fleet Management. This allows centralized oversight of all locations and vehicles.
