• Wi-Fi Assessment Surveys & Design (20 %): Requirement definition (Business, Technical, RF, LCMI), analysis of survey and live data with Ekahau AI Pro, Survey, and Analyzer, ultra-precise site survey methods (Stop & Go, Continuous, Autopilot, JustGo, GPS), and device offsets.

Certification and Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the course and the multiple-choice exam, participants receive the ECSE Troubleshooting Certification, valid for three years. The curriculum is BICSI-accredited, allowing participants to earn BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs). Exam questions are distributed according to the nine knowledge domains and validate both theoretical knowledge and practical analytical skills.

Technical Requirements and Languages

To participate, learners need administrative rights on their local computer to install Ekahau AI Pro, a stable internet connection, a computer with video and audio capabilities, and a physical mouse. A temporary Ekahau Connect license is provided, enabling use of Ekahau AI Pro on the computer and Ekahau Survey and Analyzer on the mobile device. The training is offered worldwide in nine languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi.
