At Ascend Shop you pay the way that suits your business — from an instant card payment to buying on invoice with a payment term. Which options are available for your order is shown at checkout.
Buy on invoice
For businesses in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and other European countries, we offer buying on invoice through our payment partner Billie. Billie decides on every order in real time at checkout, so you immediately know whether the option is available for your order. The payment term is up to 30 days and starts once your order ships.

Available for order values of up to €25,000.

You settle Billie's invoice within the payment term of up to 30 days.

Pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
Your credit card is charged when the order is placed.
PayPal

The amount is charged via PayPal when the order is placed.

The transfer is initiated directly at checkout via your bank.
Bank transfer in advance
Pay by prepayment - Order processed after payment received (1-3 business days)

- Choose “Buy on invoice” at checkout. Our payment partner Billie checks your order in real time at checkout and decides immediately. The payment term is up to 30 days and starts once your order ships.
- Which payment methods does Ascend Shop offer?
- Credit card, PayPal, payment in advance, Pay by Bank, and buying on invoice for businesses. The options available for your account are shown at checkout.
- When is my card or PayPal account charged?
- For credit card and PayPal, the charge happens as soon as the order is placed.
- When does my order ship if I pay in advance?
- For payment in advance (bank transfer), we ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.
- Is buying on invoice available to every customer?
- Buying on invoice is available exclusively to businesses in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and other European countries – for orders of up to EUR 25,000 and subject to a positive check by our payment partner Billie.
- Can I have buying on invoice checked in advance or get a credit line?
- No. Billie decides on every single order in real time at checkout. Neither we nor Billie offer an advance check, a standing approval or an individual credit line. For larger volumes, we are happy to prepare an individual quotation.
