Course Content and Methodology

The 4-day course combines expert instruction with intensive hands-on labs. You’ll learn to identify the nine most common causes of poor WLAN performance and resolve the seven most frequent user complaints. The curriculum covers the entire troubleshooting methodology—from reactive and proactive approaches, using assessment surveys, protocol and spectrum analyzers, to analyzing WLAN coverage, capacity, and channels (the three 'C's).

Ekahau Tools and Practical Application

During the course, you’ll use Ekahau tools in realistic scenarios. You’ll conduct assessment surveys, analyze live RF data with Sidekick 2, and use Ekahau AI Pro for rapid root-cause analysis. Integration of Ekahau and Speedtest accelerates problem resolution. You’ll learn best practices for site surveys across 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz bands and apply packet and spectrum analysis to solve complex WLAN issues.

Certification and Accreditation
