Connectivity and Interfaces

The terminal provides a GPON connection on the network side with Class B+ optics, featuring a receiver sensitivity of -27 dBm and overload resistance up to -8 dBm. The GEM port to T-CONT mapping is flexibly configurable, and the device supports both SR-DBA and NSR-DBA as well as Type-B dual-homing. Bidirectional FEC and SN or password authentication in accordance with G.984.3 are included in the feature set.

On the user side, the device offers one POTS port with a maximum ringer equivalence number of 4 and supports the codecs G.711A/μ, G.729a/b, and G.722 as well as fax modes according to T.30, T.38, and G.711. The four Ethernet ports support VLAN tagging, QinQ, transparent transmission, and MAC address limiting. The USB port rounds out the connections for local peripherals.

Wi-Fi and Power Supply

The integrated Wi-Fi supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac in the 5 GHz band, each with 2×2 MIMO and 5 dBi antenna gain. The air interface rate is 300 Mbit/s on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbit/s on 5 GHz; WMM, multiple SSIDs, and WPS are available. The included European power adapter accepts 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz and powers the system with 12 V DC, 1.5 A, with a static power consumption of 5 W and a maximum of 12 W.
