Display Technology

The main screen measures 8 inches diagonally with a resolution of 2416 × 2210 and reaches a peak brightness of 2500 nits. The cover screen measures 6.49 inches with a resolution of 2444 × 1080 and reaches a peak brightness of 3000 nits. Both screens use LTPO 2.0 technology with a refresh rate that adapts from 1 Hz to 120 Hz, and both employ 1440 PWM dimming. The main screen achieves a 25% reduction in power consumption compared with the prior generation, helping extend battery life during sustained use.

Foldable Architecture and Durability

The foldable display is built on a 3-Layer Composite Ultra-Tough Structure consisting of a Non-Newtonian Fluid Protective Layer, a UTG Impact-Resistant Layer, and a Carbon Fibre Support Layer. This architecture makes the main screen 100% bend-resistant and delivers a 20% improvement in impact resistance. The device carries IP58 and IP59 certifications under IEC standard 60529, providing protection against dust and water ingress. The Black variant uses a vegan leather finish on the exterior.

Camera System

The rear camera employs a 1/1.28" RYYB sensor that captures 31% more light than the previous sensor generation, improving low-light image quality. A telephoto macro camera with an F2.2 aperture supports a zoom range from 1× to 10×, covering both close-up macro photography and telephoto reach. Video recording in 4K HD achieves a dynamic range of 17.5 EV, preserving detail across bright and dark regions of the frame.

Cooling System

Thermal management is handled by the SuperCool Ultra-Large VC and Graphene Heat Dissipation system. The vapour chamber measures 3550 mm², providing a large surface area for heat spreading during sustained workloads. Graphene with a thermal conductivity of 2000 W/m·K supplements the vapour chamber, helping maintain performance under load.

Battery and Charging

The device is equipped with a 5600 mAh battery, with a rated capacity of 5470 mAh. Wired charging reaches 66 W through Huawei SuperCharge, and wireless charging reaches 50 W through wireless SuperCharge. The combination of a large-capacity battery and high-wattage wired and wireless charging supports extended use and rapid top-ups.
