Performance and Yield

The inverter processes a recommended maximum PV power of 37,500 Wp, converting it into usable AC power with a European-weighted efficiency of 98.2%. The maximum input voltage is 1,100 V with a nominal input voltage of 600 V, and startup begins at 200 V. Each of the two MPPT trackers supports up to 30 A input current in dual-string operation or 20 A in single-string operation, with a maximum short-circuit current rating of 40 A.

The MPPT operating range spans from 200 V to 1,000 V, while the full-load range lies between 530 V and 800 V. On the output side, the inverter delivers 25,000 W of rated power, with a maximum apparent power of 27,500 VA and a maximum active power of 27,500 W at cosφ = 1. The rated output voltage is designed for 230 V AC / 400 V AC, alternatively 220 V AC / 380 V AC or 240 V AC / 415 V AC at 3 W/N + PE. Safety and Protection Features

The inverter is equipped with an active AFCI protection device that disconnects DC arcs within 0.5 seconds. Additional safety features include islanding detection, AC overcurrent protection, DC reverse polarity protection, and DC insulation resistance monitoring. On the DC side, Type II surge protection is integrated, while the AC side is compatible with Type II protection classes according to EN/IEC 61643-11. Storage Integration and Compatibility

As a hybrid inverter, the device supports Huawei Smart-String ESS models LUNA2000-5/10/15-S0 and LUNA2000-7/14/21-S1. The maximum charging power is 21 kW in single-string operation or 25 kW in dual-string operation, with a maximum discharge power of 25.0 kW. Up to three inverters can be operated in parallel with a Smart-String ESS. The inverter is also compatible with the optimizer models SUN2000-450W-P2, SUN2000-600W-P, MERC-1100W-P, and MERC-1300W-P.

Communication and Commissioning

Communication is standard via RS485. Optional Wi-Fi or Ethernet is available through the Smart Dongle-WLAN-FE, while mobile data via 4G/3G/2G can be added using the Smart Dongle-4G. The SmartAssistant solution is also available as an option. There is no integrated display; status is indicated via LED lights, and configuration and monitoring are performed via Wi-Fi and the FusionSolar app. The rated AC grid frequency is 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
