Performance & Efficiency

The inverter delivers a rated power output of 330,000 W at 40 °C and 300,000 W at 50 °C. The maximum apparent power is 366,000 VA at a rated AC voltage of 800 V and a maximum AC current of 265 A. On the DC side, the device supports a maximum voltage of 1,500 V with an operating range of 800 V to 1,500 V. The rated power voltage range is 1,100 V to 1,500 V, with a maximum DC current of 218.5 A.

Peak efficiency reaches 99.01 %, with an efficiency curve range spanning from 95 % to 100 %. Total harmonic distortion (THDi) is ≤ 1.5 % at rated load and below 1 % at lower loads, while DC current injection (DCI) is under 0.5 %. The inverter is compatible with common PV modules and achieves full power at an SCCR of ≤ 0.7. Energy yield improvement ranges from 1 % to 2 %.

Protection & Safety

Integrated features include AC overcurrent protection, DC polarity protection, insulation resistance detection, and residual current protection. DC and AC surge protection are both implemented as Type II. The protection rating is IP66, with C5-medium corrosion protection, and salt spray corrosion resistance certified as C5-H. Availability is certified at >99.999 % by TÜV NORD. The inverter complies with standards GB/T 34120, GB/T 34133, and IEC/EN62477-1.

Communication & Connectivity

Communication is enabled via Ethernet, CAN, and L5 MBUS powerline communication with a range of 1,000 m. A USB port is included, though no display or Wi-Fi module is provided. The adjustable power factor range spans from -1 to +1. O&M efficiency improves by 80 %, while O&M time is reduced by 26.6 %.

Environmental Conditions & Construction

The operating range covers temperatures from -25 °C to 60 °C and relative humidity from 0 % to 100 % (non-condensing). No derating occurs up to an altitude of 4,700 m. Cooling is provided by Smart Air Cooling with self-cleaning fans. Dimensions are 1,000 x 1,200 x 400 mm, with a weight of ≤ 200 kg. DC and AC connections use OT/DT terminals. An integrated expansion mechanism ensures tolerance for day-night temperature fluctuations. The topology is transformerless.
