Display and design

The watch features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with 3,000 nits brightness, ensuring readability in direct sunlight. The display area is 5.5% larger than the previous generation, improving the visibility of health data and sports metrics. The 41 mm case is paired with a gold Milanese strap for this model.

Battery life and power

Battery life extends up to 14 days under moderate use and up to 7 days under typical use. With always-on display (AOD), the watch lasts up to 5 days. In outdoor sports mode, it operates for up to 40 hours. The battery uses high-performance silicon technology with 37% higher energy density.

Health and wellness tracking

A PPG sensor measures heart rate, complemented by a SpO₂ sensor for blood oxygen levels. HRV tracking runs throughout the day, alongside sleep and stress monitoring. Pulse wave analysis enables atrial fibrillation detection and irregular heartbeat notifications. Emotional well-being tracking identifies 12 emotional states, visualized as flowers. Women’s health tracking covers menstrual cycles, periods, ovulation, and fertile days, based on body temperature, HRV, and respiratory rate.

Sports and activity

The watch offers over 100 sports modes. Cycling includes virtual power, real-time cadence, and FTP measurement with a power sensor. Skiing records up to 100 runs with slope and maximum speed statistics. A wheelchair mode is also available. The dual-band GNSS with six satellite constellations improves accuracy by 20% thanks to a new antenna architecture.

Safety and emergency calls

Fall detection can trigger an SOS call or alert contacts. The SOS function activates by pressing the crown five times quickly to send an emergency call and location message. A high-altitude risk warning activates at elevations of 2,500 meters or higher.

Connectivity and everyday features

The watch is compatible with iOS and Android. It supports Bluetooth calls and standalone music playback. Voice memos are available but do not sync with the smartphone. The remote shutter trigger works with the paired smartphone.
