Flexible Connectivity and Easy Deployment
The MAX Adapter is equipped with an integrated CAT-4 modem that achieves downlink speeds of up to 150 Mbps and uplink speeds of up to 50 Mbps. It supports all major LTE bands in North America (B2, B4, B5, B12, B13, B14, B66, B71) as well as 3G bands (B2, B4, B5) and is certified for use on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and FirstNet networks. The pre-installed Peplink eSIM with 1 GB data volume enables immediate deployment without separate SIM procurement. Own plans can also be used via the physical Nano-SIM slot or the integrated eSIM function.
Robust Design for Demanding Environments
The fanless metal housing of the MAX Adapter is designed for deployment under extreme conditions. The adapter operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 65 °C and at humidity levels from 15% to 95% (non-condensing). The ventless construction protects against dust and moisture, making the device ideal for industrial applications, outdoor installations, or mobile deployment scenarios. With dimensions of only 125.7 x 107 x 35 mm and a weight of 355 g, it can be mounted space-efficiently.
Central Management and Security
The MAX Adapter integrates seamlessly into Peplink's management platforms InControl and InTouch. Administrators can remotely configure the device, deploy firmware updates, and monitor connection status—without on-site visits. Dual power supply via the 4-pin Micro-Fit connector (9-36 V DC) and USB-C (5 V 2 A) ensures fail-safety: In the event of a failure of the primary power source, the device automatically switches to USB-C power. The low power consumption of nominal 2.2 W and fast boot time minimize energy usage and downtime.
