Performance & Coverage

The two cellular MIMO antennas cover four frequency bands: 410–470 MHz, 698–960 MHz, 1710–2700 MHz, and 3400–3800 MHz, with a peak gain of 5.8 dBi. The antenna supports 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G technologies including 5G RedCap and CDMA450, across an extensive list of 5G and LTE bands. VSWR is ≤2.5:1 across 90% of the cellular bands, and input impedance is 50 Ω nominal. Feed power handling is rated at 10 W for the cellular ports.

The third antenna is an active GPS/GLONASS system operating at 1575.42 MHz and 1600 MHz with a gain of 21 dBi (±2 dBi). It draws 5–15 mA at 2.7–3.3 V DC and achieves a noise figure of ≤1.5 dB. GPS VSWR is ≤1.5:1, with maximum power rated at 50 W and out-of-band filter attenuation of 12 dB minimum at f0+50 MHz and 16 dB minimum at f0-50 MHz.

Design & Environmental

The enclosure measures 253 mm × 128 mm × 144 mm and weighs 1.2 kg, housed in a UV-stable ASA radome finished in Brilliant White (Pantone P 179-1 C). The antenna carries an IP68 water-ingress rating, IK10 impact resistance, and a UL 94-HB enclosure flammability rating. It operates from -40°C to +80°C at relative humidity up to 98% and withstands wind speeds up to 220 km/h. A path to ground is provided for static discharge protection.

Storage conditions span the same -40°C to +80°C temperature range with humidity from 5% to 95% non-condensing. The product is compliant with RoHS 2011/65/EU and CE standards, and the manufacturer holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. A 24-month warranty is included.

Installation & Connectivity

Each cellular port uses a 2-metre Twin HDF 195 RTK-031 coax cable terminated with an SMA (M) connector. The GPS port also routes through a 2-metre cable, incorporating a 0.04-metre Micro Cable 1.13 section, and terminates in an SMA (M) connector. Coax cable loss varies by frequency, ranging from 0.250 dB/m at 400 MHz to 0.788 dB/m at 3000 MHz on the cellular cables, and 0.71 dB/m at 1500 MHz on the GPS cable.

The antenna supports spigot, surface, and magnetic mounting options, and the optional MBK-1 accessory is available for installation. It is suited for commercial and industrial, marine and coastal, and transportation and mobility applications, covering use cases from urban vehicles to rural and marine environments.
