Performance & Frequency Coverage

The antenna operates in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequency bands, achieving a maximum gain of 6 dBi in the 2.4 GHz band and 7.5 dBi in the 5 GHz band. It also covers the 3.5 GHz CBRS band with a peak gain of 7 dBi, which is designated for future 5G technologies. The antenna is compatible with Wi-Fi standards 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11ax and supports 5G bands n48, n77, and n78. This allows it to be used with both legacy and modern dual-band Wi-Fi technologies, helping to alleviate channel saturation in high-traffic environments.

Design & Installation

The housing is made of halogen-free ABS plastic in Pantone Cool Gray (1c). At the base of the antenna is an N-type female connector, allowing connection of a cable in the desired length and configuration. Installation can be done on masts or walls. With a weight of 0.75 kg and dimensions of 485 mm × Ø71 mm (excluding mounting bracket), the design is lightweight and compact.

Environmental & Protection Ratings

The antenna is designed for indoor and outdoor use and offers IP65 protection against water ingress. It withstands wind speeds up to 190 km/h and operates in temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C. Relative humidity during operation can reach up to 98%. The radome meets the UL 94-HB flammability rating and provides IK-08 impact resistance. Resistance to salt spray is tested according to MIL-STD 810F/ASTM B117.
