Performance & Frequency Bands

The antenna operates across three frequency bands: 2400–2500 MHz, 3300–4200 MHz, and 4900–7200 MHz. Maximum gain reaches 7 dBi in the 2400–2500 MHz band, 8 dBi in the 3300–4200 MHz band, and 10 dBi in the 4900–7200 MHz band, giving a peak gain of 10 dBi. Linear vertical polarisation is used throughout, with a VSWR below 2:1 and feed power handling of 10 W.

The antenna is a SISO configuration with a single port and 50 Ohm nominal input impedance. A DC short is incorporated into the design.

Design & Durability

The enclosure carries an IP 65 ingress protection rating, making it vandal and water-resistant. The radome is constructed from halogen-free ABS plastic in brilliant white (Pantone P 179-1C) and provides high impact resistance rated at IK 08. The enclosure meets UL 94-HB flammability rating and withstands salt spray conditions per MIL-STD 810G and ASTM B117 standards.

Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C, with relative humidity tolerance up to 98%. The antenna survives wind speeds up to 190 km/h. Weighing 0.75 kg and measuring 485 mm in height with a 71 mm diameter excluding the bracket, the antenna maintains a lightweight design suitable for demanding environments.

Mounting & Installation

A pole and wall mounting bracket is included with the antenna. An N-Type female connector at the base allows connection to a cable of the desired type and length. The packaged dimensions are 510 mm x 95 mm x 95 mm with a packaged weight of 0.91 kg.
