Performance & Throughput
The antenna provides two separate dual-band Wi-Fi elements within a single housing, each covering 2400–2500 MHz and 5000–7200 MHz. Maximum gain reaches 5 dBi in the 2.4 GHz band and 7.5 dBi in the 5 GHz band, with VSWR held to ≤2.5:1 across 95% of both bands. The radiating elements are designed to deliver excellent performance at the higher frequency bands, where pattern diversity and elevation control are critical for Wi-Fi throughput.
Support for 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11ax standards allows integration with Wi-Fi 3 through Wi-Fi 6 access points and client devices. Feed power handling is rated at 10 W with a nominal input impedance of 50 Ohm, and the antenna includes a DC short on both ports.
Design & Environmental Durability
The housing measures Ø99.3 mm by 36 mm and weighs 0.376 kg, making it suitable for installations where space is constrained. The radome is moulded from halogen-free PC+ABS with a UV-stable ASA exterior in white, providing corrosion resistance and long-term outdoor exposure capability.
Water and dust ingress protection is rated to IP69K, and the enclosure carries an IK 10 impact-resistance rating for vandal resistance. Salt-spray endurance is validated to MIL-STD 810G and ASTM B117, and the flammability rating meets UL 94-HB. Operating relative humidity extends up to 98%, and the antenna survives wind speeds below 220 km/h.
Installation & Connectivity
Each of the two ports is fitted with a 2 m length of RTK-031 coax cable terminated in an SMA male connector, with an RP-SMA adapter included for compatibility with common access-point fittings. Coax cable loss is specified at 0.91 dB/m at 2400 MHz and 1.65 dB/m at 5800 MHz, allowing installers to account for feed-line attenuation in link-budget planning.
Mounting options include a Ø20 threaded spigot, pole mount, wall mount, surface mount, and magnetic mount, giving installers flexibility across vehicle rooftops, building facades, and industrial equipment enclosures. The accessory MBK-3 is listed for additional mounting configurations.
