Function and Signal Distribution

The splitter implements a Wilkinson power divider design, ensuring low loss while delivering good phase and amplitude balance. The high isolation between ports supports clean signal separation, which is particularly relevant for MIMO configurations. With a VSWR of less than 1.5:1 across the entire frequency range, the splitter keeps reflections within tight limits.

Use as Splitter and Combiner

When used as a splitter, the device divides the power from a single antenna to two independent devices. When used as a combiner, it merges two separate antennas into a single device, enabling antenna diversity and improved performance. This bidirectional flexibility makes the device equally suitable for least-cost router scenarios, coverage bundling, and machine-to-machine applications.

Design and Environmental Protection

The housing is made of ABS with a UV stabilizer, a high-impact plastic that is also resistant to acids and other chemicals. The IP68 rating confirms its resistance to weather, dust, and vandalism. The splitter is designed for operation in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +70 °C and is labeled "Fire Resistant." Connectors are configured as 2 × N-Type(F) and 1 × N-Type(M).
