Performance & Data Rates

The T670 delivers a combined maximum PHY data rate of 9,340 Mbit/s across all three radio bands. On the 2.4 GHz band, the maximum PHY rate is 689 Mbit/s, while the 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands each support up to 5,765 Mbit/s. With 2x2:2 radio chains and streams, the access point supports up to 768 simultaneous clients.

Antenna Technology & Wireless Coverage

The BeamFlex+ adaptive antenna system provides over 4,000 antenna patterns per band and achieves an antenna gain of up to 4 dBi. ChannelFly dynamically optimizes channel selection to minimize interference and maximize available capacity. PD-MRC enhances receive quality, with sensitivity of -97 dBm at 2.4 GHz, -100 dBm at 5 GHz, and -96 dBm at 6 GHz. SmartMesh enables flexible mesh deployments, allowing access points to connect to the network without wired backhaul.

Management & Controller Support

The T670 can be managed via RUCKUS One, RUCKUS SmartZone, or RUCKUS Unleashed. These platforms provide centralized management for wireless infrastructure, enabling control of multiple access points from a single instance.

Deployment Environments & Operating Conditions

The access point is built for outdoor use and operates across a temperature range of -40 °C to +65 °C. It is ideal for venue types such as hospitality, public venues, retail, and transportation, as well as sub-types including harbor ports, outdoor resort spaces, and transit stations. The device is available in Asia, Australia/New Zealand, EMEA, Latin America, and North America.

Connectivity & Integration

The T670 features one 1/2.5/5 GbE Ethernet port and one additional 1 GbE Ethernet port. An integrated radio module supports BLE, Zigbee, and GPS. The access point implements the Wi-Fi interface standard IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be.
