Connectivity & Data Transmission

The tracker communicates via 4G LTE Cat 1 (LTE FDD) with a maximum downlink speed of 10 Mbps and a maximum uplink speed of 5 Mbps. It supports LTE-FDD bands B1, B3, B5, B7, B8, B20, and B28. Additionally, 2G GSM fallback is available on bands B2, B3, B5, and B8, enabling GPRS data rates of up to 85.6 Kbps in both directions. Data transmission supports SMS (TEXT, PDU) and TCP-based network protocols. The device uses a Nano-SIM.

GNSS Positioning & Sensors

The device utilizes four satellite systems—GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and BEIDOU—with 135 tracking and acquisition channels and a tracking sensitivity of -165 dBm. Positional accuracy is less than 1.8 m CEP, and speed accuracy is less than 0.1 m/s within a ±15 % margin of error. Time synchronization is achieved via GNSS, NITZ, or NTP. An integrated accelerometer enables crash detection, motion sensing, and ignition detection when combined with Digital Input 1 and external supply voltage.

Inputs, Outputs & Vehicle Integration

The tracker features one digital input for ignition, door, or alarm detection. A digital output allows for remote vehicle immobilization. An analog input is available for monitoring temperature, humidity, or fluid levels. The I/O power cable is 0.7 m long and includes an internal 3 A fuse. Configuration and control are performed via SMS commands (configuration, DOUT control, debug) or GPRS commands with the same functionality.

Power Supply & Battery

The device is designed for high-voltage vehicles with an input voltage range of 10 to 90 V. An integrated 320 mAh Li-Ion backup battery (3.7 V, 1.18 Wh) ensures operation during vehicle power interruptions. The operating temperature range without the battery is -40 °C to +85 °C, and with the battery, it is 0 °C to +40 °C. Humidity tolerance is 5 % to 95 % non-condensing. Three sleep modes—Deep Sleep, Online Sleep, and Power Off Sleep—optimize power consumption for extended operation.

Configuration & Firmware Updates

Firmware updates and configuration are performed via FOTA WEB or the Teltonika Configuration Tool (TCT). PC connection is established through a USB 2.0 interface with a USB Type-C connector. Two status LEDs indicate operational states. The internal flash memory is 128 MB. The device is an FT-platform device and is supplied with a 0.7 m I/O cable, double-sided adhesive tape, and a branded Teltonika packaging box.
