The Ubiquiti Networks IsoStation M5 is a shielded airMAX radio featuring an interchangeable high-isolation horn antenna, designed for WISPs and network operators deploying reliable wireless links in challenging urban environments. Its all-metal, shielded radio base houses an airMAX processor that delivers superior performance and improved noise immunity through tailored antenna radiation patterns. The system's modular design allows for interchangeable horn antennas (45° included, with 30°, 60°, and 90° options available) to optimize beam-shaping for specific deployment needs. With exceptional front-to-back ratio and minimized side lobe radiation, the IsoStation M5 enables higher density sector deployments than traditional sector technology. For extended range, it can be paired with the U-OMT-Dish antenna (27 dBi gain). The device runs on airOS firmware for intuitive management and supports both Point-to-Multipoint (as CPE) and Point-to-Point link configurations.
