The Ubiquiti SuperLink Gateway is a proprietary wireless gateway for UniFi Protect sensors, connecting up to 96 SuperLink clients with a range of up to 2 km in line-of-sight conditions. It also supports 7 Bluetooth 5.2 devices and can be powered via PoE or USB Type-C. The maximum range is 2 km in line-of-sight conditions. Simultaneously, the gateway supports up to 7 Bluetooth 5.2 devices in the 2400–2480 MHz frequency range, with a maximum transmit power of 10 dBm, an antenna gain of 3 dBi, and a range of up to 100 m. Network connectivity is provided via a 10/100 MbE RJ45 port. Design & Mounting The housing is made of polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, while the mounting material is polycarbonate. With the antenna attached, the gateway measures 159.3 x 81.9 x 26 mm; with DIN rail mounting, 159.3 x 81.9 x 38.5 mm; and with wall mounting, 159.3 x 81.9 x 30.5 mm. It weighs 179 g. Power is supplied via PoE or optionally via USB Type-C at 5 V and 1 A, with a maximum power consumption of 3.4 W. The hardware also includes an RP-SMA female antenna connector, a blue/white status LED, and a factory reset button. Certifications & Environmental Conditions The SuperLink Gateway is designed to meet industry standards and is NDAA compliant. Management is handled via the UniFi Protect web application and the UniFi Protect mobile app for iOS and Android.
