Ubiquiti UICARE-UNVR-EU

Replacement protection instead of warranty for Ubiquiti network video recorders

The membership extends replacement protection for the UNVR-EU to five years. During this period, the entitled user receives a replacement unit in advance before the original device must be returned—return shipping is handled with a prepaid label, with costs covered by Ubiquiti. The replacement may be new or refurbished and, according to the manufacturer, is expected within 30 days at the latest, though next-business-day delivery is possible in the best-case scenario. Coverage is limited to the specific model and MAC ID of the registered device, as well as its owner, and is non-transferable.
