Description

Program Coverage

The membership grants five years of unlimited replacement-device service for the registered UPS-2U: A replacement unit can be shipped as soon as the next business day, before the original must be returned to Ubiquiti. The manufacturer covers return shipping costs via a prepaid shipping label, and the original must be returned within ninety days via RMA. Coverage is tied to the specific model and MAC ID of the device and is non-transferable to other owners. Membership begins no later than the 31st day after purchase of the UPS-2U and ends after five years with no option for renewal.
