The UniFi UPS Pro 2U / 2 RU is a line-interactive UPS in a 2 RU rack-mount form factor with a capacity of 1920 VA / 1920 W that integrates into UniFi management via Ethernet. It delivers a pure sine wave during battery operation and provides eight battery-backed NEMA 5-20R outlets.

Performance & Runtime
The UPS operates on the line-interactive principle and offers a capacity of 1920 VA or 1920 W. At full load, it achieves a runtime of nine minutes, while at half load, it lasts up to 22 minutes. During battery operation, it delivers a pure sine wave at a nominal output voltage of 120 V AC. The switchover time to battery operation is typically 6 ms and a maximum of 10 ms. Voltage regulation during battery operation is ±1.5%.

Connections & Management
The UPS integrates into UniFi management via a 100/10 MbE Ethernet port; UniFi Network version 10.5.67 or higher is required. A 3.7-inch touchscreen enables local status display directly on the device. Two additional GbE ports provide surge protection for network connections. Mobile app control requires iOS version 10.36.1 or later or Android version 10.39.3 or later. The status LED indicates operating states such as initialization, adoption, battery operation, firmware upgrade, warning, and low battery capacity.

Safety & Protection
The UPS features an Emergency Power Off (EPO) function and short-circuit protection with a 250 V AC / 20 A circuit breaker. In online mode, overloads of 103–120% trigger a fault after five minutes, 120–150% after ten seconds, and over 150% after one second. In battery mode, these times are reduced to one minute, ten seconds, and 0.5 seconds, respectively. The integrated 72 V, 10 Ah sealed lead-acid battery recharges to 90% capacity in eight hours.

Operating Conditions
The galvanized steel enclosure is designed for 2U rack mounting, measures 442.4 × 87.4 × 630 mm, and weighs 32 kg. The UPS operates at a relative humidity of 0 to 95% (non-condensing). The maximum operating altitude is 3,000 m. The pollution degree classification corresponds to Pollution Degree 2.
