Performance & Transmission

The router operates simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands under the IEEE 802.11ax standard. On the 5 GHz band, it achieves speeds of up to 2,402 Mbps, while the 2.4 GHz band delivers up to 800 Mbps, resulting in a combined bandwidth of up to 3.2 Gbps. BSS Coloring organizes data packets to enhance network efficiency and improve overall Wi-Fi 6 performance.

Four fixed omnidirectional antennas ensure wireless coverage. MU-MIMO enables simultaneous client connections, and the router supports up to 30,000 concurrent sessions while offering SmartConnect for automatic band assignment.

Security & Firewall

Wi-Fi encryption supports WPA/WPA2-Personal, WPA2-Personal, WPA2/WPA3-Personal, and WPA3. WPS is not supported. The built-in firewall provides DoS protection, Stateful Packet Inspection, anti-spoofing checks, IP filtering, and a DMZ feature.

A Wi-Fi Guest Zone allows for separate guest logins and blocks unknown devices, keeping visitor access isolated from the main network.

Management & Smart Features

Management is available via the EAGLE PRO AI app for iOS and Android, as well as a web-based UI. The AI Assistant aids in network management, while AI Parental Control offers child safety features. D-Link Intelligent QoS Technology automatically prioritizes traffic.

Voice control is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. LED indicators for Power, Internet, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and 5 GHz Wi-Fi display the operational status.

WAN Interfaces & VLAN

The WAN port supports Static IP, Dynamic IP, PPPoE, PPTP, L2TP, and DS-Lite. The router handles 802.1p and 802.1q VLAN tagging, including priority bits, enabling use in structured network environments.

Mesh Expandability

With D-Link Wi-Fi Mesh, the router can be expanded using other compatible D-Link Wi-Fi Mesh devices. Mesh Smart Roaming automatically connects devices to the strongest signal, allowing the EAGLE PRO AI series to scale for seamless Wi-Fi coverage without dead zones.
