The integrated CAT-20 LTE-A Pro modem supports a wide range of LTE and 3G bands—including B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B14, B18, B19, B20, B25, B26, B28, B29, B30, B32, B34, B38, B39, B40, B41, B42, B46, B48, B66, and B71—and achieves downlink speeds of up to 2 Gbps. Combined with the 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet WAN interface and the ability to repurpose this port as a LAN port, the router offers flexible, high-performance connectivity for up to 150 recommended users. Four SMA antenna connectors for cellular and two RP-SMA connectors for Wi-Fi 6 ensure optimal signal performance even in challenging reception conditions.

Rugged Design for Extreme Environments

The IP67-certified housing reliably protects against dust and temporary submersion. The router operates in temperatures from -40 °C to 65 °C and humidity levels from 15% to 95% (non-condensing). Power is supplied via a 10–30 V DC input with ignition sensing, simplifying deployment in vehicles and machinery. With dimensions of 146.8 x 129 x 29.3 mm and a weight of 680 g, the unit can be mounted in tight spaces. Nominal power consumption is 8 W, with a maximum of 19 W.

Intelligent Network Management and VPN

The Pepwave MAX firmware provides comprehensive routing and security features: load balancing with multiple algorithms (Weighted Balance, Priority, Overflow, Persistence, Least Used, Lowest Latency, Enforced, Fastest Response Time), Drop-in Mode for transparent integration, VLAN support, DHCP server with reservation and advanced options, and dynamic DNS services. SpeedFusion VPN ensures fail-safe connectivity through Hot Failover, Smoothing, and bandwidth bonding—delivering throughput of 400 Mbps without encryption and 200 Mbps with 256-bit AES. The integrated AP controller automatically manages up to 30/50 Peplink access points, including firmware updates and profile configuration.
