Frequency Coverage & Performance

The antenna operates across multiple discrete frequency bands between 617 and 7200 MHz, supporting cellular technologies from 2G to 5G, including 5G RedCap. Covered frequency bands include 617–698 MHz, 698–803 MHz, 880–960 MHz, 1700–1900 MHz, 2500–2700 MHz, 3400–3800 MHz, and 5000–6000 MHz. With 11.5 dBi gain and unidirectional radiation, the antenna precisely directs signal energy toward the desired radio partner.

Linear polarization and a SISO configuration with one LTE port make the antenna ideal for point-to-point connections and targeted mobile network links. In addition to cellular bands, the device supports Wi-Fi standards from 802.11g through 802.11n and 802.11ac to 802.11ax, covering Wi-Fi 3, Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E.

Design & Mounting

The antenna’s silver housing is rated IP65 for environmental protection. Mounting options include pole and wall mounting, offering flexible installation at various locations. Connection is made via an N-Type female bulkhead connector, ensuring a robust coaxial link to the receiver or router.

Applications

Poynting positions this antenna for use in agriculture as well as urban and rural mobile network applications. Its wideband frequency coverage, including the 868–915 MHz band used in LoRa and Helium applications, extends its use beyond cellular and Wi-Fi connections.
