Connectivity and Redundancy

The RUTM30 connects devices to the cellular network via 5G and is backward compatible with LTE Cat 19 and 3G, ensuring a stable data connection even in areas without 5G coverage. The Dual-SIM function with automatic failover provides data connection redundancy: if the primary network fails, the router switches to the secondary connection on its own. Backup WAN and additional failover scenarios complement this redundancy feature. eSIM™ support according to SGP.22 enables seamless activation of cellular profiles without the need to physically swap a SIM card.

Interfaces and Expandability

In addition to the cellular modem, the RUTM30 provides two Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired network connections. Dual-band Wi-Fi rounds out the connectivity options for wireless end devices.
