Connectivity & Mobile Network

The TRB236 communicates over the 450 MHz frequency band and supports LTE Cat 1 or Cat 4. As a fallback, 2G and 3G are available, depending on the existing mobile network infrastructure. The dual-SIM feature with eSIM support enables network redundancy, backup WAN, and flexible failover scenarios to improve mobile connection availability. Depending on regional network infrastructure, versions with LTE Cat 1 and 2G or LTE Cat 4 and 3G are available.

Interfaces & Integration

For integrating industrial devices, the gateway features Ethernet, RS232, RS485, and configurable digital inputs and outputs. The Ethernet interface allows the device to connect to IP networks, while the serial ports enable connection to existing field devices and serial systems.
