Power over Ethernet Flexibility

Every RJ45 port supports both IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ and configurable 24V passive PoE, giving you the freedom to power a wide range of devices. The switch automatically detects 802.3af/at-compliant endpoints, while 24V passive PoE can be manually enabled per port via the management interface. With a 750W internal AC/DC power supply, the switch can deliver up to 34.2W per port in 802.3at mode (50–57V) and up to 17W in 24V passive mode (20–27V), making it ideal for high-density access point, camera, and phone installations.

Fiber Uplink Connectivity

Two 10 Gbps SFP+ ports and two 1 Gbps SFP ports provide versatile fiber uplink options for aggregation or long-distance links. The SFP+ interfaces support 1/10 Gbps speeds, enabling high-capacity connections to core switches or routers without bottlenecks. This fiber flexibility allows the EdgeSwitch to serve as a distribution switch in campus or multi-building environments.
