Scope of the UI Care Membership
The membership grants an unlimited replacement program for the eligible product for a term of five years. The replacement unit will be shipped, whenever possible, on the next business day and may be new or refurbished. The original device must be returned within 90 days of receiving the RMA number; Ubiquiti covers the return shipping costs. Coverage begins on the later of two dates—purchase of the membership or the 31st day after purchasing the covered device—and is tied to the specific model and MAC ID, and is non-transferable.
