Ubiquiti UICARE-UA-Hub-Door

Ubiquiti Network Hub Warranty: Duration and Coverage

Coverage begins on the later of two dates—the plan purchase date or the 31st day after the device purchase—and lasts for five years. The manufacturer covers return shipping costs with a prepaid label and delivers the replacement, whenever possible, by the next business day. Coverage is tied to the specific model and MAC ID, is non-transferable, and cannot be extended. The original device must be returned within 90 days with the RMA number provided, and the replacement may be new or refurbished.
