Coverage and Terms
The membership grants five years of immediate and unlimited replacement service for the eligible product, with the replacement unit supplied new or refurbished at Ubiquiti’s discretion. Coverage is limited exclusively to the specific model and MAC ID of the device, as well as its owner, and is non-transferable. Protection begins on the later of two dates—membership purchase or the 31st day after device purchase—and ends after five years with no option to extend. The original device must be returned within 90 days of receiving the replacement unit using the RMA label.
