The UniFi Video Camera AI PTZ Precision is a rugged outdoor PTZ camera with 4K resolution, 31x optical zoom, and IR night vision up to 100 meters. It is designed for professional surveillance applications that require precise pan-tilt control and advanced AI detection. At a maximum frame rate of 30 FPS, it delivers a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels in 16:9 format. The field of view ranges from 67.1° diagonal in wide-angle mode to 2.27° diagonal in telephoto mode, covering both overview shots and targeted close-ups. Image parameters such as color, brightness, sharpness, contrast, white balance, and exposure control can be adjusted; additionally, 2DNR, 3DNR, and noise reduction via motion masking support image optimization. PTZ Control and AI Features The pan range is 360° continuous, and the tilt range is 120°, enabling full 360° surveillance without blind spots. A quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 processor handles AI detection directly on the camera. Supported detections include people, vehicles, and animals, as well as facial recognition and license plate recognition. The "Lightning Zoom" feature is announced as an upcoming addition. Housing, Mounting, and Environmental Conditions The housing is made of aluminum alloy and polycarbonate, while the mount is powder-coated aluminum. The camera can be installed on a wall, pole, or table; a table stand is included. For pole mounting, two diameter ranges are supported: 50 to 100 mm and 115 to 150 mm. Dimensions without the mount are ⌀241 × 349 mm, and with the mount, 372 × 241 × 299 mm. The weight without the mount is 5.5 kg. The camera is designed for extended temperature ranges and humidity levels of 0 to 90% non-condensing. A MicroSD card slot enables local recording, and a reset button restores factory settings.
