Ubiquiti UniFi 4MP (8K) Video G6 Edge Turret Kamera, AI-Power Search, 2,36x Zoom

The UniFi Video Camera G6 Edge Turret is an outdoor 4K surveillance camera with a 1/1.2" 8MP sensor and 2.36x optical zoom, delivering 8MP footage at up to 30 FPS. Edge AI processing on a dual-core Arm Cortex-A76 based chip enables smart detections for people, vehicles, and animals alongside face and license plate recognition. Highlights at a Glance Edge AI: on-camera detections for people, vehicles, and animals with face and license plate recognition 4K capture: 8MP resolution at up to 30 FPS with 2.36x optical zoom across wide and tele fields of view Night vision: 40 m IR range with built-in adaptive IR LED illumination and IR cut filter Durable build: aluminum alloy and polycarbonate enclosure with IK04 tamper resistance Flexible mounting: ceiling, wall mount (included), arm, pendant, and optional junction box Local storage: MicroSD card slot for on-device recording expansion Optics & Performance The camera captures 8MP video at 3840 x 2160 resolution in 16:9 aspect ratio at up to 30 FPS. A 1/1.2" 8MP sensor pairs with an F 5.85–13.8 mm lens (ƒ/1.5–ƒ/2.9) to provide 2.36x optical zoom across two field-of-view modes. The wide setting covers H: 113.8°, V: 61.9°, D: 134°, while the tele setting narrows to H: 45.5°, V: 25.8°, D: 52°. Built-in adaptive IR LED illumination with an IR cut filter extends night vision to 40 m (131 ft). AI Detection & Image Processing Edge AI processing runs on a dual-core Arm Cortex-A76 based chip, enabling smart detections for people, vehicles, and animals without relying on a separate server. The camera also supports face recognition and license plate recognition as built-in capabilities. Image settings include HDR, 2DNR, 3DNR, noise reduction by motion, masking, text overlay, and adjustable color, brightness, sharpness, contrast, white balance, and exposure control. Two-way audio is supported through the camera's integrated audio system. Design, Power & Deployment The enclosure combines aluminum alloy and polycarbonate, rated IK04 for tamper resistance. It is designed for outdoor use and operates in a wide range of environmental conditions. Power is delivered via PoE+ over a GbE RJ45 port, with a maximum consumption of 25W across a supported voltage range of 42.5–57V DC. Mounting options include ceiling, wall mount (included), arm, pendant, and junction box (optional), and a MicroSD card slot provides local storage expansion. The camera is NDAA compliant and carries regulatory certifications. Mobile management requires iOS UniFi 10.38.1 or later, iOS Protect 3.11.1 or later, Android UniFi 11.0.1 or later, or Android Protect 3.8.3 or later.
